All industries have to re-invent themselves. Including TV

"Tele-Vision" as a word means perceiving/broadcasting Vision going forward.
Media today has a huge credibility problem.
Audiences want to hear real people, real things, real points of view. They want to form their own opinion. Self-thinking is paramount.
In a society where everything has become so emotionally charged, we need to re-discover dialogue; an ability to listen and put ourselves in another's shoes without judging.
Participatory TV: power to the people - dialogue that unites rather than divides
TV today is forced like so many other industries to re-invent itself and its impact going forward. Offering the chance to evolve from classic broadcasting to shared human experiences.
With a different media format -- a new type of media -- media can play a critical role in fostering deeper human connections, and, it can hel advance civic participation and democratizing decision-making.
At a time where systemic changes loom large, we need to talk about re-defining or re-discovering cultural, spiritual and personal aspirations that could guide America towards a new kind of prosperity.
One, that values personal empowerment, individual sovereignty, peace, natural harmony and compassion just as much as material prosperity.
This is what I focus on my my media work: empowering the individual to co-create our path forward— the American way.

Three areas — four pillars: an eco system of renewal!
1. Soul Intel: The world suffers from lack of meaning. Many people are depressed, lost, or see no future. Meaning — is a soul attitbute! It comes from the SOUL! Soul INtel focuses on the working on a personal level — the individual, the business community to make people ready for a higher life.
2. Smart Sustainability — Generative Dialogue for Open Minds: Since January 2020, I host the weekly live tv show Smart Sustainability, an independent production with a holistic outlook on the future. Challening the status quo, introducing new ideas through movers and shakers and navigating the broad spectrum of opinions. No pigeon-holing there.
In over 170 + episodes to date, we've explored thriving future possibilities from an economic, business, environmental, social and human perspective with a myriad of guests from science, spirituality, arts; innovators, social entrepreneurs, change makers and everyday citizens. Applying common sense and putting on-going issues in context.
Bringing indigenous worldviews, ancient knowledge, scientific and spiritual cosmovisions in a wide array of perspectives together.
In a short time, Smart Sustainability garnered an audience from all sides of the aisle plus a growing community of viewers that see themselves in the middle vs locked into a camps of left and right.
Nicolette also works as international correspondent on-air and as writer.
3. My largest project — in the making right now!
A new type of media that turns media into a medium to Co-Create America (R)
-- It's time! For a fresh approach to participatory TV -- using tech for good to re-discover America's magic and unleash America’s pioneering spirit to tackle our future, anchored in The Constitution.
My work is in my name (as is yours...!) : Nicolette means 'victory of the people' and DeVidar, means coming from life. Thus, my shows, projects offers and podcasts bring those two together.
